Notes from Coach:

True strength is built through discipline, sacrifice, accountability, and perseverance. As a former law enforcement officer, elite strength athlete, and practicing Catholic, I have spent my life operating where physical readiness meets a higher moral duty.

On the streets, I learned that physical capability is not about vanity—it is a tool for protection, service, and survival. In the gym, lifting an 800lb squat taught me the deep, gritty mental resilience required to conquer heavy burdens. But as a Catholic, I know that physical power is incomplete without spiritual order.

My mission through Sanctus Strength is to help you forge a life where your physical capabilities match your spiritual obligations. We will develop your absolute strength and speed, but we will also structure your training to build the virtues of fortitude, temperance, and leadership. Whether you are an athlete, a professional, or a father looking to lead your family, we will train hard, build discipline, and offer it all up Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam—for the Greater Glory of God.

OUR TRAINING:

Ready for Duty

EXPLOSIVE SPEED & POWER :

True capability requires the ability to move forcefully and instantly when duty calls. Our programming sharpens nervous system efficiency, velocity, and dynamic athletic movement. Whether on the field, on the streets, or in daily life, we train your body to react with explosive power and operational agility.

The Shield of Fortitude

Absolute strength is the foundation of resilience. Drawing from elite powerlifting protocols and tactical law enforcement demands, we build dense muscle, bone density, and raw power. We do not train for vanity. We train to become a physical shield capable of carrying heavy burdens and protecting those entrusted to our care.

STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT:

Forged for Service

Physical strength without spiritual order is useless. True discipline means mastering your impulses so you can serve a higher purpose. We integrate Catholic principles of asceticism, accountability, and mental toughness into your regimen. You will learn to conquer discomfort in the weight room so you can lead with virtue, courage, and humility in your home and parish.

DISCIPLINE & LEADERSHIP:

At Sanctus Strength, training is about more than physical performance. It is about forming stronger individuals — physically, mentally, and spiritually — through discipline, resilience, humility, and purpose. By willingly embracing sacrifice and striving for excellence, we seek to give honor and glory to God the Father in all that we do.
